ABSTRACT
Project-based learning challenges students to answer or solve real problems in an authentic and meaningful way. Authenticity is key to ensuring that students engage with the project. Projects allow students to approach the curriculum with meaning and meaning. Democracy is exercised because teaching is understood as dialogue. The projects allow teachers to promote the skills development of students and their own professional training. The implementation of projects consists of solving a real problem through the process of modeling a situation that involves field research, so that students can associate mathematical concepts and processes with other areas of knowledge. It is a student-centered method that encourages critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and creativity. Involves students working on a project for an extended period that involves them solving a real-world problem or answering a complex question The application of this research is: Promote creativity, individual responsibility, collaborative work, critical capacity, decision making, efficiency and the ease of expressing personal opinions. That students experience the ways of interacting that today's world demands.
