Abstract

Resilience is a broad concept that covers different types of phenomena, such as functioning effectively in severe conditions, adapting to stress, and achieving normal function after exposure to potentially traumatic experiences. Studying the flexible behavior of individuals, communities, and societies can provide researchers and practitioners with a better knowledge and understanding of human response and adaptation. in that sense, a complex characteristic of social, educational, and psychological issues, which must be dealt with correctly by media specialists so that young people know how to use social networks and become familiar with its positive and negative aspects, to see its advantages and disadvantages as well. In a digital age, the concept of teaching how to use the virtual world is not only basic, but vital for a healthy new generation, born in a digital world. In many cases related to social media, a complex project is needed to teach young people how to use social media correctly by media professionals.
