This research addresses the influence of the family's role in socio-emotional development in early childhood education. Through a thorough review of the literature, the analysis of the impact of different family factors on the emotional and social well-being of children is analyzed, taking into consideration the quality of family interaction, emotional support and relational dynamics. Through this study, it is determined that a stimulating and positive environment in the family nucleus is crucial for the initiation and development of socio-emotional skills, keys to efficient social adaptation and academic success. Likewise, this document considers the most relevant factors, based on the variables identified regarding the family environment and its impact on the socio-emotional development of children. From the pragmatic field, it is suggested that interventions aimed at strengthening the family and focused on promoting good parenting can be effective in this phase of children's life. In conclusion, the results showed evidence of the need for a comprehensive curriculum in which the family is included from an early stage of education, thus promoting a more balanced and effective development of children.
