Social protest and mediation; a proposal for the solution of the conflict

Abstract

Citizens, organized or not, use the only known weapons to claim their rights, in this case THE SOCIAL PROTEST, evidenced by marches, shouts, campaigns, festivals, strikes. How visible and fashionable they become; since, for a long time invisible, with ardent or hurtful messages in some cases, looking for expressive phrases that draw attention to their claims and objective, by organized social groups, called, residents, employees, underemployed, citizens in a situation of street, women, students, teachers, retirees; How long is the list of protesting masses. The phenomenon of social protest is a scenario with many variants; stories, acting scenes, which returns to the fact somewhat complex to analyze, since it arouses political passions that can translate into physical, verbal and digital violence. The social demonstrations have shown us that it is a great human encounter, motivated by a common goal that can be called indignation, seeking justice, seeking the vindication of their rights and empathy for the powers that be. This protest leads to a theoretical-analytical-legal analysis, which takes on this dimension in the protest, seeking a socio-political regulation; psychology - legal, and especially the use of a conflict resolution tool such as MEDIATION.
